The 2012 Arizona case did give Washington the last word on who may stay. It did not hand ICE a blank check. Scott Jensen is still treating Anthony Fauci as the man who broke ordinary life, and he is running on that memory. City Hall can tell ICE to stay off municipal property. It cannot repeal federal immigration law on a Queens sidewalk. Ground Zero is being asked to choose between mourning and a mayor, as if those two things cannot occupy the same plaza. Rubio Puts Somalia on Notice: No More American Taxpayer-Funded Chaos

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is delivering long-overdue accountability to the corrupt Somali regime. After Somali officials under President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud demolished a World Food Program warehouse and seized 76 metric tons of U.S.-funded food aid meant for starving civilians, the State Department suspended all American assistance to Somalia’s federal government — with a review underway for a permanent cutoff.

This isn’t just a pause. It’s a clear signal: American taxpayer dollars are not an unlimited ATM for ungrateful, corrupt governments that steal or destroy aid intended to help their own people.

For decades, the U.S. has poured billions into Somalia with virtually nothing to show for it — just endless instability, clan corruption, terror groups like Al-Shabaab, and outright betrayal of American generosity. Enough is enough.

Rubio’s America First foreign policy is finally ending the failed blank-check approach that rewards incompetence and theft while American families struggle with inflation, borders, and domestic needs at home. No more subsidizing foreign failure. Taxpayer money must serve American interests — not prop up dysfunctional regimes that bite the hand feeding them.

This is the kind of strong, principled leadership Americans voted for.
