This isn’t just a pause. It’s a clear signal: American taxpayer dollars are not an unlimited ATM for ungrateful, corrupt governments that steal or destroy aid intended to help their own people.
For decades, the U.S. has poured billions into Somalia with virtually nothing to show for it — just endless instability, clan corruption, terror groups like Al-Shabaab, and outright betrayal of American generosity. Enough is enough.
