It has already passed the House multiple times including in early 2026, reflecting overwhelming public support for measures that close loopholes Democrats have long exploited through lax verification and sanctuary policies.
For too long, radical Democrats have fought tooth and nail against election integrity because clean voter rolls and citizenship checks threaten their power base.
